This camera is a bespoke reversing camera designed specifically for use with the

Mercedes-Benz/Dodge Sprinter (2006-2019) and the Volkswagen Crafter(2006-2019).

Its unique design means that no holes need to be drilled when mounting; the camera will

simply replace your existing rear high level brake light located at the top of the rear doors,

integrating seamlessly with the lights original mounting clips/screws and wiring and maintaining

illumination with integrated LED bulbs. The camera is designed to replicate the size and shape

of the existing high level brake light but with the addition of a precision angled camera.

Once correctly installed, the camera will automatically power on as soon as the vehicle

is put into reverse delivering a PAL video signal.

The camera is also compatible with any aftermarket car head unit with a suitable video input.

If your aftermarket head unit has a dedicated camera input then the camera can be set up so that the

rear-view image can be automatically displayed as soon as the car is put into reverse.

The camera is not designed for use with original factory-fitted monitors or OEM displays,

as vehicle manufacturers do not design their equipment with the required RCA video inputs

used by aftermarket cameras.

The Monitor Features

Can be either mounted on the headrest or use the dashboard stand supplied

Equipped with 2 AV input. AV1 connects to car DVD, VCR and other video equipment, AV2 to car backup camera.

Works perfectly with Car DVD, VCD, camera, STB, satellite receiver, and other video equipment.

When in reversing, the monitor will start up automatically, and synchronously

display the video from rear view camera, and it will close itself after that.

The brightness, contrast and colour can be adjusted.
